I ordered on June 11, with the fulfillment window being June 24-July 3. I reached out before ordering with some questions, and Meagan was very attentive to answering those. After the fulfillment window passed, I had to reach out twice and was told that my sign had more been created. My order finally shipped on July 11, and arrived on July 19. The sign is great, and the recipient is going to love it. I hate having to leave a negative review, but clear communication to create accurate expectations is key to good customer service, and that's lacking here. Just note that if you order, you will potentially wait months for your item to arrive. I wish that the shop owner had touched base with me to let me know about the delay so that I could leave a more positive review.
