The seller posted an estimated ship date of Aug. 21st. When that date passed and was still not shipped, I asked for an update. I was told that they were working on my order and would get it sent out ASAP. After a week, I messaged the seller again for an update and received no response. I have submitted a case on Etsy and have received a refund. They mentioned having personal issues that caused delays, and that is understandable. However, the shop should notify buyers of these delays or put a pause on taking orders.
