*Note on exterior finish: we apply three coats of a marine grade polyurethane. If you will be displaying the item outdoors permanently, we recommend recoating every couple of years to maintain the finish.

Edit - the seller responded and sent the goods right out. They are lovely and she included some extra things. I placed this order on 9/28 with an expected delivery date of 10/25 and it is now 11/13 and I have still not received the item. I received a message on 11/3 that it would ship the next day, which it did not. I have since messaged twice with no response. Upon reading reviews it looks like this is an issue with this shop. Buyer beware, there is a complete lack of customer service/communication. Delays happen and I would have been fine with that, but ghosting a customer after they have already provided payment is not a good business practice! A first in my 15 years of using Etsy.

Update: seller reached out and was very apologetic. Explained it was an honest mistake and issued an immediate refund and still sent me a sign and other goodies to make up for the issue. The sign is very nice and well made. Original: Disappointed. Ordered 8/24 with delivery stated to arrive by 9/6/24ti 9/11/24. Never received confirmation of order and emailed around 9/8/24 where they confirmed order, said it was in process and would ship in couple days. I waited 10 days, no shipment info sent so asked if they could provide a status update and got no response. Sent another follow up message, again no response. At this point with no communication I must work through PayPal and Etsy to refund order.
